The Qalanjo Project is a Somali cultural organization and creative arts studio. We work to celebrate and preserve Somali cultural practices by documenting the stories of our community. Our mission is to cultivate a deeper and richer understanding of Somali culture, particularly as it thrives in Minnesota, by empowering our community to explore, capture, and share their narratives.
